Description

Coordinate onboarding and training concepts for project stakeholders, including planning and executing trainings and ensuring correct system usage and role assignments. Create and maintain bill of quantities for ongoing projects, prepare purchase requisitions (BANF), support procurement, and process material records with invoice review and performance recording. Check and create change order purchase requisitions considering quantities, prices, and scope content while supporting process optimization through high data and documentation quality and close collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create, run, and continuously improve onboarding and training concepts for project participants
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver trainings; ensure correct system usage and role assignments
• Set up, maintain, and administer bill of quantities for ongoing projects
• Create purchase requisitions (BANF) and support procurement processes
• Create and process material records, including invoice review, performance recording, and reconciliation reporting
• Review and create supplemental/change purchase requisitions considering quantities, prices, and performance scope
• Support process optimization and ensure high data and documentation quality
• Work closely with internal specialist departments, project teams, and relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training or comparable degree
• Experience in project coordination, training management, or administrative project processes
• Proficient with ERP systems, ideally SAP
• Structured, independent, and careful working style
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High quality awareness and good understanding of processes and interrelationships
• Good German language skills (spoken and written)
