Description

Support EB (Engineering Base) users through First- and Second-Level support, training, and guidance. You will derive and implement application adjustments and enhancements in EB, and update documentation including standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Betain and support EB users in First- and Second-Level support
• Derive, implement, and successfully roll out adjustments and further developments in Engineering Base (EB)
• Instruct and train EB users
• Create and adapt documentation, including standards and procedures

Requirements

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Sc.)
• Solid knowledge of common MS Office applications
