Description

You will support EDA (Electronic Design Automation) users with troubleshooting and specialized application use. In addition, you will train users on new working techniques and additional software, acting as the interface between IT and development. You will also define, maintain, and configure interfaces to CAD, PLM, and CAE systems and implement IT security requirements in your scope.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and support EDA applications and specialized use cases
• Train users in new working methods and additional software
• Act as an interface between IT and development
• Create and maintain documentation for standards and procedures
• Define, support, and configure interfaces to CAD, PLM, and CAE systems
• Implement IT security requirements within your responsibility area

Requirements

• Completed degree (Dipl.-; incomplete in source text)
• Experience supporting application software
• Experience defining requirements for application software
• Key-user experience in circuit/board (Leiterkarten) development (preferred)
• Cross-IT process understanding to identify interfaces between development, IT, and deployed systems
