Description

Assist with the creation, review, and management of shipping, export, and customs documents and support training and qualification processes, including qualification matrices and online training assignments. Help onboard new employees by creating and maintaining master data and qualifications, coordinate procurement administration for PPE and equipment, and provide day-to-day administrative support such as presentations and meeting preparation.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and manage shipping, export, and customs documentation in line with applicable national and international regulations
• Plan, organize, and track training and qualification measures; maintain the qualification matrix; assign online trainings
• Support onboarding of new employees; create and maintain master data and qualifications
• Coordinate procurement and administration of PPE, work clothing, tools, and operating equipment
• Support monitoring of tools that require calibration and manage operating resource workflows
• Assist with obtaining offers together with Purchasing and organize internal meetings
• Provide administrative support for daily operations, e.g., creating presentations and preparing meetings

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Ideally: initial work experience in administrative or organizational activities
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic English proficiency for processing simple English documents and communicating at work
• Ideally: experience with SAP and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
