Description

Analyze clients’ HR and payroll processes and translate their needs into an ERP configuration. Design, configure, and implement enova365 for Kadry i Płace, then run go-lives, train users, and provide ongoing support after rollout. Work with the team and report on implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR and payroll processes and client needs
• Design and configure the ERP system for Kadry i Płace (enova365)
• Implement and launch the system at client sites
• Conduct system training for end users
• Provide customer support during and after implementation
• Collaborate with the team and report implementation activities

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working in trading and/or manufacturing companies
• University degree (economics, finance and accounting, resource management, or HR management)
• Experience in ERP implementation projects for the HR & payroll domain
• SQL knowledge
• English language proficiency at B1/B2
