Description

Lead delivery initiatives within the AML and Transaction Monitoring domain. You will coordinate data sourcing activities, transaction monitoring capabilities, reporting requirements, and implementation efforts across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AML and Transaction Monitoring initiatives

• Coordinate business, compliance, operations, and technology stakeholders

• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables

• Drive implementation of transaction monitoring and reporting requirements

• Coordinate data sourcing and integration across multiple systems

• Support onboarding of new regulatory requirements into existing processes

• Prepare project reporting and governance materials

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder decision-making sessions

• Ensure delivery aligns with business priorities and regulatory expectations

• Collaborate with Programme Managers and workstream leads

Requirements

• 6+ years of Project Management experience

• Experience delivering projects in Banking or Financial Services

• Knowledge of AML, Transaction Monitoring, KYC, Financial Crime, or Compliance domains

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Experience working with data and system implementation projects

• Ability to work independently in complex environments

• Fluent English
