Description

Lead and manage AML-related initiatives across business areas and legal entities, ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities. You will set up execution frameworks, run change management with risk management and escalations, and coordinate outsourcing and regulatory challenges. You will also drive implementation of changes and support group-wide information sharing and data sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives of varying complexity, aligned with business strategy and priorities

• Design and organize effective execution setups

• Perform change management, including risk management and escalations

• Coach individuals and teams to improve performance

• Coordinate multiple interconnected areas, including outsourcing and regulatory challenges

• Drive implementation of changes across business areas and legal entities

• Facilitate group-wide information sharing and data sourcing initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex projects or programmes

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience with governance, reporting, risk management, and change management

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and complex environment

• Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams and business functions

• Experience in one or more of: AML / Financial Crime Prevention; KYC & Transaction Monitoring; Regulatory & Compliance Change; Data Management & Data Sourcing; Information Sharing; Outsourcing & Third-Party Management; Identity Governance & Administration (IGA); Banking or Financial Services
