Description

Lead a large-scale AML transformation programme within an international financial services organisation. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage cross-functional dependencies, drive regulatory initiatives, and ensure delivery across business areas and legal entities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple AML-related initiatives

• Manage programme governance, reporting, risk management, and executive communication

• Drive alignment across business, technology, compliance, legal, and operations teams

• Oversee implementation activities spanning multiple business areas and legal entities

• Manage programme roadmaps, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning

• Prepare steering committee materials and executive-level presentations

• Ensure regulatory requirements are translated into actionable delivery plans

• Identify and mitigate programme risks and delivery challenges

• Support organisational change management and stakeholder engagement

• Mentor Project Managers and delivery leads across the programme

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in programme or project management

• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes

• Experience in banking or financial services

• Strong stakeholder management and governance experience

• Experience working with regulatory, compliance, AML, KYC, or risk-related initiatives

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Fluent English
