Description

Support Delivery Managers in coordinating delivery operations across reporting, resource planning, and cross-functional activities. Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and business documentation, and coordinate with HR, Finance, Administration, and other internal teams. Help monitor delivery processes, track action items, and support operational excellence through continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support Delivery Managers in day-to-day operational activities
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and business documentation
• Coordinate activities with Recruitment, HR, Finance, Administration, and other internal teams
• Support resource allocation, onboarding, staffing, and contract extension processes
• Monitor delivery processes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up
• Maintain documentation, data quality, and internal reporting standards
• Identify process improvements and support operational excellence initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in PMO, project coordination, operations, or delivery support
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience working with reports, data, and business documentation
• Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
• English at B2 level or higher
