Description

Lead and coordinate a team of project managers for industrial automation and electrical projects. Provide technical and engineering support, oversee budgets and procurement approvals, ensure contract compliance and approve scope changes, and report project status to the Technical & Commercial Director.

Responsibilities

• Manage PMs: set delivery priorities, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines and quality.

• Technical supervision: act as subject-matter support for automation and electrical engineering and solve critical technical issues.

• Budget control and purchasing approvals: validate cost estimates, approve equipment/material orders, and safeguard profitability and financial indicators.

• Contracts and acceptances: ensure work aligns with agreements, manage project risk, and approve changes in scope and subcontracting.

• Work closely with the Director: operational support, full responsibility for the execution function, and regular status reporting.

Requirements

• Technical university degree (automation, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or related).

• 2+ years of experience managing a PM team, or multi-year experience as a Senior PM / Technical Lead in industrial automation or electrical.

• Strong technical knowledge of industrial automation, control instrumentation, networks, and electrical schematics.

• Ability to validate cost estimates, project financial indicators, and contract terms.

• Outstanding organizational skills, decisive leadership, authority in the team, and ability to work under time pressure.

• English proficiency for fluent business and technical communication.

• Valid Category B driver’s license.
