Description

You will analyze and model business processes, translate business needs into system requirements, and work with technical teams on the design and development of IT solutions for a leasing client. The role includes writing requirements as User Stories and Use Cases and producing analytical and technical documentation in Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with internal business stakeholders and with developers, testers, and system administrators

• Independently analyze and model business processes

• Analyze requirements for feasibility

• Translate business needs into system requirements and document them as User Stories

• Create analytical and technical documentation in Confluence

• Ensure delivered solutions align with requirements and agreed assumptions

• Participate in preparing test plans and validate test scenarios before testing begins

• Support internal testing of the delivered solutions

• Support Helpdesk in analyzing and resolving more complex incidents

• Collaborate with external software providers

• Present solutions to stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of IT project experience as a Business Systems Analyst

• Experience collecting, specifying, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements; identifying system assumptions and constraints

• Strong SQL skills and ability to use it for data analysis

• UML knowledge and ability to model business processes (BPMN is a plus)

• Experience with CASE tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect)

• Experience working with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum

• Ability to describe requirements using User Stories and Use Cases

• Experience creating analytical, technical, and training documentation

• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Higher education in IT
