• Role: Senior Business Systems Analyst

• Location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid; 1 day/week in the office, with possible shift to 50/50)

• Contract/Rate: 145–160 PLN per hour (B2B)

Description

You will join a Scrum team working on a banking-sector project. The role focuses on analyzing business needs and requirements, supporting stakeholders in defining business requirements, and independently leading analysis workstreams. You will design functional and system solutions, support testing, and coordinate deployment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and requirements with bank departments

• Support users in defining business requirements

• Lead assigned analytical topics and workstreams

• Create functional and system solution concepts: design processes, mock user screens, and model business rules

• Participate in technical solution design

• Support users during testing and coordinate deployment

• Collaborate closely with the delivery team (developers, testers, Product Owner) in Scrum

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of system analysis experience

• Strong integration expertise (SOA, Web Services, REST, microservices) and SoapUI/Postman

• Experience with Swagger and YAML documentation

• Very good UML skills and system modeling; strong CASE tool usage (preferred: Enterprise Architect)

• Solid SQL knowledge and distributed system architecture knowledge

• Ability to independently manage analysis work, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and run workshops

• Skill in challenging requirements constructively and proposing alternatives

• Higher education (preferably IT)

• English at least B2 and fluent Polish
