Description

Lead a group of System and Software Development Engineers to build software solutions that bridge operational gaps and align global data center capabilities to customer needs. You will drive software development roadmaps, prioritize and design requirements, and manage the full product lifecycle from development and quality reviews through deployment and post-launch monitoring. The role requires U.S. citizenship and maintaining an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph (or commensurate clearance).

Responsibilities

• Manage design and development of new software solutions, including code reviews, testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring
• Lead organizational standards for operational excellence and resiliency
• Develop, communicate, and maintain project roadmaps
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand needs and deliver high-quality operations for existing systems
• Troubleshoot complex issues and contribute technically to drive delivery
• Stay hands-on with team development work
• Mentor, coach, and grow engineers; train best practices; drive operational excellence

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph or commensurate clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• 8+ years leading definition and development of multi-tier web services
• 4+ years providing technical leadership and project management across the software development lifecycle
• 1+ years developing large-scale, multi-tier distributed software systems using Java, C#, or C++
• 5+ years of Software Engineer/Developer or related experience
