Description

You will lead a team designing and building AI primitives and user-facing services for agentic AI in a fast-paced environment at AWS scale. You will ship features from concept to design and implementation through rollout and support, ensuring reliable, high-performance software. You will also partner with leaders and product/program teams to turn IP and code into customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering AI primitives and user-facing services for agentic AI
• Drive feature delivery from concept through rollout and ongoing support
• Provide technical leadership and project management across the software development lifecycle
• Collaborate with product/program management and engage internal/external customers to understand business goals and requirements
• Tackle challenging operational issues while maintaining high quality and operational standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• 7+ years of engineering experience
• 8+ years leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services
• 3+ years of Software Engineer/Software Developer (or related) experience
• 1+ year providing technical leadership and project management for the full software development lifecycle
• 1+ year developing large-scale, multi-tiered distributed software systems using Java, C#, or C++
• 1+ year developing large-scale, multi-tiered distributed software systems using service-oriented architecture
• 1+ year developing large-scale, multi-tiered distributed software systems using distributed programming
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• Knowledge of full software/hardware/networks development lifecycle practices (coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, certification, live site operations)
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams
