Description

Provide technical support for control computers and plant systems, including analyzing technical faults and supporting resolution via phone and remote maintenance. You will guide customers during electrical and mechanical repairs and commissioning, configure control computers, networks, and complex system components, and deliver customer training focused on modernization and digitization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical faults on control computers and system components and assist in troubleshooting via phone and remote maintenance

• Provide phone-based guidance for electrical and mechanical repairs and for commissioning

• Configure control computers, networks, and more complex system components within your area of responsibility

• Conduct customer trainings and advise on modernization and digitization of systems

• Support product development and contribute to the training and development of team members

Requirements

• Technical qualification in a technical field (e.g., apprenticeship, master’s exam, or technician school)

• Experience with installation and maintenance of electromechanical systems is an advantage

• Strong affinity for IT/EDP and a systematic, structured working approach

• Secure handling of common MS Office programs

• Fluent German (spoken and written) and good English skills
