Description

You will lead and develop the 2nd-level support team within the technical internal service. The team serves as the central point of contact for customers, installers, and 1st-level support to analyze and resolve complex electrical faults and related software/control issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership and develop the 2nd-level support team

• Control and prioritize tasks; work closely with adjacent departments and plant construction

• Support the team with complex electrical engineering questions, especially during capacity bottlenecks

• Develop support processes and ensure high service quality

• Plan and conduct training, feedback meetings, and knowledge transfer

• Perform occasional external assignments to support technical inspections and commissioning

Requirements

• Completed electrical engineering education with additional technician or master training, or completed engineering degree

• Several years of experience in electrical engineering, automation, or technical service; initial leadership experience is ideal

• Solid PLC programming knowledge (Siemens TIA Portal), drive technology, and industrial electrical engineering

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; high customer orientation

• Structured, independent working style; enjoyment in developing employees and processes

• Good German and English skills; willingness for occasional business travel
