Description

You will deliver technical support for client hardware and software, including device deployment, troubleshooting, and on-site setup before and after incidents.

You will issue and maintain mobile end devices, support printers and videoconferencing equipment, and advise users on-site. You will also help manage ICT inventory and support ICT projects in coordination with the ICT support team.

Responsibilities

• Technical support for client hardware and software, including hardware inventory, baseline installation via software distribution, and on-site setup/tear-down

• Issue and maintain mobile devices at the main Berlin site and occasionally at other locations in Germany

• Identify and resolve client hardware issues within incident management

• Install and configure printers and multifunction devices

• Support videoconferencing technology in meeting rooms; train and advise users on-site

• Assist ICT Support Specialists with technical questions in first- and second-level support

• Organize, monitor, reorder, decommission, and manage the ICT warehouse, including client hardware and peripherals

• Contribute to ICT projects

Requirements

• Relevant education in Digitalization/ICT (e.g., IT specialist) or equivalent documented knowledge and experience

• Strong knowledge of client operating systems, especially Microsoft Windows and iOS

• Knowledge of hardware and applications; Mobile Device Management and software distribution are advantageous (especially Microsoft Intune)

• German proficiency at least C1; English skills are advantageous

• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally within Germany

• Excellent interpersonal skills and high social competence

• Confident and performance-oriented working style with innovation mindset

• Ability to develop and implement solution approaches independently

• High communication and teamwork skills

• Class B driver’s license

• Simple police clearance certificate required for employment
