• Focus: End-user support, user administration, infrastructure monitoring, workstation setup, and IT projects

Description

You will be the first point of contact for employees’ IT questions and provide 1st- and 2nd-level support.

The role includes user account and permission management, monitoring and maintaining network/IT infrastructure, and setting up workstations with required hardware while diagnosing and fixing technical issues.

You’ll also support production and specialist departments with technical questions and contribute to IT and digitalization projects.

Requirements

• Completed IT training (or equivalent qualification)

• First practical IT experience; career changers with broad IT experience are welcome

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT support

• Very strong knowledge of Microsoft 365

• Very strong knowledge of current Windows and macOS environments

• Experience administering Active Directory

• Strong communication skills, reliability, and teamwork

• Motivation to learn new technologies and quickly get up to speed

• German proficiency
