Description

You will own the vision and results for evolving Desktop Cloud Visualization (DCV), the high-performance display protocol that enables secure streaming of applications from cloud and data centers to simple client machines. You will partner with Engineering, Science, and Customer Success to define metrics for automation and agentic usage/efficiency, shape customer experience across key personas, and drive measurable cost and time savings. You’ll also ensure “Agents” are treated as first-class citizens, enabling customers to safely develop and deploy them on workflows enabled by DCV.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire DCV product portfolio and its success for customers and their end users

• Define and track metrics describing agentic/automation usage and efficiency

• Improve customer experience across personas (e.g., IT Administrator, Operator, Engineer, Builder)

• Work with customers to understand needs and pain points from legacy virtualization solutions

• Help customers reinvent business processes to achieve cost and time savings with improved data visibility

• Enable safe development and deployment of agents on environments enabled by DCV
