Description

Lead end-to-end development of AI-powered commerce shopping experiences, defining product strategy and roadmaps that deliver measurable customer and business impact. Partner with engineering, design, data science, and applied science to translate customer needs into technical solutions and iterate based on data and experimentation. Drive stakeholder alignment from concept through launch while continuously improving performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and long-term investment opportunities for AI-powered commerce experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, applied science, data science, design, and product marketing to turn customer needs and business objectives into product experiences and technical solutions.
• Own end-to-end product development from concept and requirements through launch and iteration with measurable outcomes.
• Align stakeholders across organizations to accelerate product innovation at scale.
• Use customer insights, usability research, data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve the product experience.
• Build relationships with customers and partners to incorporate feedback and market insights into product direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree AND 8+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development (or equivalent).
• 2+ years leading cross-functional product teams across advertising, privacy, search, conversational AI, or generative AI.
• 6+ years improving product metrics for a product/feature/experience (growth, usage expansion, churn avoidance).
• 5+ years with data analytics and experimentation tools; working knowledge of SQL and coding skills (Python, JavaScript).
• Depth in experimentation and measurement: A/B testing, causal inference, learning outcomes, cohort analysis.
