Description

You will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of customer experience initiatives. You will own vertical-specific product scope, translate customer insights into actionable product requirements, plan and prioritize roadmaps for 6–12 month initiatives, and drive cross-functional delivery of impactful software solutions. You will also manage KPI-driven success, use data-driven experimentation, and apply high-rigor decision-making with high autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Define vertical-specific product vision and strategy

  • Translate customer requirements and insights into actionable product requirements

  • Prioritize the product feature backlog and plan roadmaps for mid-term scopes (6–12 months)

  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, research, data science, analytics, communications, technical leaders, and support teams

  • Define operational and success KPIs; track performance and link it to business KPIs and company strategy

  • Align stakeholders (up to CL8) through clear, effective communication

  • Optimize resource impact by recommending next steps grounded in strategic priorities

  • Apply data-driven frameworks to choose the right analytical approach (e.g., A/B tests vs. quasi-experiments; AI vs. rule-based solutions)

  • Craft structured decision proposals supported by sound rationale

  • Exercise high rigor in decisions considering customer needs, competitive landscape, alternatives, business requirements, and constraints

  • Lead through ambiguity and take ownership in challenging situations

  • Inspire and coach the team; mentor junior PMs in product methodology and leadership

  • Maintain peer networks to identify and advance cross-product opportunities, sharing learnings from both successes and failures

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a Product Manager or similar product/project management role (roadmapping, resource planning, risk assessment, stakeholder cooperation)

  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT processes

  • Deep experience in data analysis and interpretation; ability to decide using a balanced view of data, context, and experience

  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills under high autonomy

  • Practical experience with Agile methodologies and product backlog management

  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to understand client needs deeply

  • English proficiency at least B2
