Quick Facts

  • Role: Principal Product Manager (Clarity Commercialization)

Description

Lead product strategy for Clarity Commercialization, focusing on AI Visibility, enterprise readiness, pricing and packaging, and the capabilities needed to scale Clarity into paid customer value. Translate customer and partner feedback into requirements for analytics, workflows, permissions, APIs, reporting, onboarding, and enterprise GTM. Connect product usage to business value via activation, retention, paid conversion, revenue attribution, and customer ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead product strategy for paid customer scenarios, pricing/packaging inputs, enterprise readiness, GTM needs, and measurable business outcomes

  • Convert stakeholder feedback into requirements for enterprise workflows, account hierarchies, agency models, permissions, privacy-safe sharing, onboarding, and support readiness

  • Define capabilities for potential paid offerings (premium analytics, premium compute-backed features, reporting, APIs, MCP or agent integrations, customer administration, durable value measurement)

  • Partner with engineering, data science, design, marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and business planning to move from strategy to shipped product and launch plans

  • Build the connection between usage and business value (activation, retention, paid conversion, revenue attribution, Microsoft Advertising value, customer ROI)

  • Prioritize commercialization bets using data, experimentation, customer conversations, competitive signals, and field feedback; stop work that doesn’t create value

  • Align executives and cross-functional teams on the commercial roadmap (free vs. paid vs. enterprise-only; prerequisites for scaling via sellers and partners)

  • Position Clarity as a trusted analytics layer for the AI economy (human behavior, AI-mediated discovery, agent activity, growth-driving actions)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development, or equivalent experience

  • Experience commercializing SaaS, analytics, advertising, marketing technology, or enterprise platform products

  • Experience with pricing, packaging, GTM strategy, paid product adoption, or monetization models for digital products

  • Experience building analytics products, AI analytics, and experimentation/attribution/measurement/customer insight tools

  • Experience defining product requirements for paying enterprise customers, including enterprise workflows, admin controls, access models, reporting, onboarding, and customer success needs

  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, sales, marketing, finance, business planning, and senior leadership

  • Strong written and verbal communication, able to clarify ambiguous product and business tradeoffs

  • Experience with AI search/GEO/SEO/LLM visibility, citations, knowledge retrieval, or agentic product experiences

  • Experience with web analytics or product analytics tools such as Clarity, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo, FullStory, or similar products

  • Experience building enterprise SaaS products with RBAC, account hierarchy, multi-tenant controls, compliance, privacy, and admin workflows
