Description

Lead product strategy and execution for resiliency, disaster recovery, capacity management, and business continuity capabilities across the Microsoft Dataverse ecosystem powering Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot experiences. Drive the product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, and operational maturity. Influence customer and business outcomes during regional or service-level disruptions through customer-first, data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product vision, strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end product lifecycle for resiliency, disaster recovery, capacity management, and business continuity capabilities.

  • Drive strategic investments and prioritization decisions that balance customer experience, service reliability, business objectives, and operational constraints.

  • Partner with Engineering and Business Planning teams to evolve resiliency standards, recovery objectives, capacity strategies, failover approaches, and operational readiness frameworks.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support to understand customer needs, align priorities, and influence product strategy and adoption.

  • Work directly with customers to gather feedback, shape product direction, and deliver customer-facing communications on service readiness and resiliency.

  • Develop executive-facing recommendations on resiliency investments, risk management, service dependencies, business continuity strategy, and capacity planning.

  • Drive alignment across senior stakeholders in ambiguous situations using clear communication and principled decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree AND 8+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development (or equivalent).

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements, including passing the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
