Description

Build AI-first partner experiences for an intelligent, agentic Partner Center platform. Own partner-facing capabilities from discovery and experimentation through product definition, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement. Use AI to eliminate friction, simplify complex decisions, and help partners act with speed and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Understand partner needs and workflows using customer research, co-design, partner feedback, telemetry, experimentation, support signals, and business data.
• Translate complex partner and business problems into a prioritized product point of view, requirements, and measurable success criteria.
• Independently own a defined set of partner-facing capabilities across discovery, design, engineering execution, launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Identify opportunities for AI, agents, automation, and data-driven insights to reduce friction and speed up task completion.
• Design and run product experiments to evaluate value, experience quality, trust, usability, and business impact.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to evaluate architecture, model behavior, data requirements, quality, and dependencies; make tradeoffs across value, trust, risk, cost, and timing.
• Create experiences that are transparent, actionable, grounded in customer context, and preserve appropriate user control.
• Define and monitor outcomes using qualitative and quantitative signals to improve adoption, satisfaction, self-service effectiveness, quality, and business impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Product Management, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Business Planning, Marketing, Sales, Support, and partner-facing teams to deliver end-to-end experiences.
