Description

Own and drive the roadmap for a reliability intelligence platform that helps engineers analyze production issues across operating systems, silicon platforms, and cloud environments. Define long-term product strategy for next-generation diagnostics, automation, and engineering data, leveraging AI across the diagnostics and investigation lifecycle. Partner across major engineering organizations to align priorities, influence investment decisions, and translate stakeholder needs into a cohesive product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Gather feedback from internal and/or customer groups through direct engagements (e.g., interviews, visits) using accepted industry methods

• Define problems and incubate solution approaches for teams or organizations

• Lead strategy and success criteria across multiple feature areas (product and service) based on customer needs, research, industry landscape, and business goals

• Own and drive the roadmap across divisional boundaries; prioritize the backlog and align tradeoffs with engineering partners

• Identify and advise on AI-informed, long-term, or solution-level investment opportunities; evaluate tradeoffs and prioritize with cross-organizational partners

• Coach and mentor teams to craft problem statements and hypotheses for new feature areas addressing complex customer needs and market opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development (or equivalent)

• Ability to meet security screening requirements; pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
