Description

Own one or more products in production and help introduce new Agentic AI projects for developers. You will define product strategy and vision, guide execution and launches, and lead ongoing operations driven by customer feedback and business metrics. You act as a subject matter expert for your area within Agentic AI services with significant bottom-line impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Definition by building customer working-backwards strategy, tenets, long-term goals, and working-backwards documents (press release/FAQ) using customer and market feedback, competitive analysis, and business metrics

• Define the Product Vision across roadmap, investment, innovation, and experimentation

• Execute product planning and development, ensuring release goals and requirements are translated into implementation and aligned with positioning

• Lead Product Launch by owning the go-to-market plan and operational launch plans to meet customer and business goals

• Lead Operations through monitoring and responding to customer feedback, continuous improvement, and business growth

• Lead interaction with technical teams, including tradeoff decisions based on customer requirements and QA/testing of the product

• Provide business reporting by tracking revenue and adoption daily and writing weekly and monthly business reports for leadership

Requirements

• 7+ years experience as a Technical Product Manager

• 5+ years of technical experience (software development, network development, IT, or related)

• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products with full product lifecycle ownership from concept through GTM
