Description

Lead the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Responsible AI capabilities across an AI platform. Build and ship platform features that enable enterprises to operationalize AI safety, security, governance, transparency, and compliance from development through deployment, monitoring, and continuous governance. Work with engineering, research, security, legal, compliance, and customers to translate emerging AI risks into scalable product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Responsible AI capabilities.
• Deliver platform capabilities for AI safety, security, governance, transparency, and compliance across the AI lifecycle.
• Partner with engineering and science on scalable capabilities for AI evaluations, AI red teaming, safety & security guardrails, AI risk detection, model and agent monitoring, AI governance workflows, and transparency/provenance.
• Conduct customer discovery with enterprises in regulated industries and translate needs into differentiated platform capabilities.
• Anticipate future technology and regulatory requirements with research, legal, security, compliance, and engineering teams.
• Collaborate across related orgs to deliver integrated governance experiences.
• Define success metrics and use customer insights and telemetry to improve adoption and customer value.
• Represent the organization with customers, partners, standards bodies, and industry forums on trustworthy AI.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a software product manager (or C-level startup executive playing a product role) focused on B2B software.
• Bachelor’s Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to meet required security screening requirements, including passing a Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Benefits

• Competitive base pay range in the U.S.: USD $142,800–$274,800 per year (different ranges for specific locations, including San Francisco Bay area and New York City).
• Eligibility for benefits and other compensation, depending on role.
