Description

You will prepare and install Windows PCs, deploy and configure software on end devices, and provide technical support to customers across the Czech Republic. The role includes basic network issue resolution, as well as customer site visits for troubleshooting and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and install PCs with Windows OS
• Provide technical customer support across the Czech Republic
• Deploy and configure software on end devices
• Perform basic troubleshooting of network issues
• Conduct on-site customer visits (travel/field work)

Requirements

• Completed secondary education with a high school diploma in Electrical Engineering or IT
• Knowledge of Windows OS (installation, troubleshooting)
• Basic networking knowledge (router, switch, ping, port forwarding)
• Valid B driving license
• Logical reasoning
• Time flexibility
• Willingness to learn
• Independence and reliability
