Description

You’ll help implement, configure, and support a crisis information system for commercial and public-sector organizations. The job includes technical support for clients, technical oversight of projects, and coordination with internal teams and regular meetings in Prague.

Responsibilities

• Client care and delivery of crisis information system projects

• Technical support and oversight of projects for commercial and public sector (authorities, hospitals, schools)

• Direct collaboration with clients: provide technical configuration and ongoing support

• Predominantly online communication; some on-site work as needed

• Work closely with product consultants, sales, and the technical department

• Regular meetings in Prague

Requirements

• Technical mindset and interest in the field

• Willingness to learn; comprehensive training will be provided

• Communicative personality; regular meetings with clients and the internal team

• Independence and reliability

• Driver’s license category B

• Advantage: knowledge of IT, security software, and system implementation
