You will work directly with the Executive Director, supporting the realization of a variety of projects and technical ideas across the group. The role is not classic construction contract management or routine administrative assistance; it focuses on specific technical and organizational tasks that don’t fit standard departmental agendas.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the Executive Director on projects and technical concepts
• Find information, technical possibilities, and propose concrete solution approaches
• Communicate with suppliers, specialists, and colleagues across companies
• Coordinate smaller projects from initial idea through completion
• Ensure technical, organizational, and operational tasks are handled according to current needs
