Description

You will manage IT projects from start to finish, coordinating the work of the project team and supporting project members. You will control the project budget, evaluate and manage risk, implement project changes, and ensure effective communication with the team and stakeholders. You will also collaborate with internal and external suppliers, track progress, and report it to different management levels, while coordinating Project Office activities, tools, and working conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects end-to-end

• Organize and support the project team

• Monitor and control the project budget

• Assess and manage project risks

• Implement and keep project changes up to date

• Communicate with the project team and stakeholders

• Coordinate internal and external suppliers

• Track project progress and report to multiple levels

• Coordinate Project Office activities and ensure access to tools and working conditions

• Handle purchase orders and obtain approvals

• Prepare invoice payment instructions and maintain their register

• Manage project documents and ensure team access

Requirements

• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Prince2 and PMI

• Understanding of banking regulations (KNF, NBP, EU)

• Familiarity with bank processes and procedures

• Higher education (preferably in management, economics, IT, or project management)

• Ability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills across organizational levels
