Description

You will lead and coordinate domestic and international projects—from planning and day-to-day coordination to control, evaluation, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate across departments (purchasing, sales, production, engineering/development, technical teams) and with external suppliers and key customers. You will also help develop project management skills and implement new processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end to end: planning, ongoing coordination, and subsequent control and evaluation

• Coordinate across departments and with external suppliers

• Plan team capacity and assign projects to team members; actively support them

• Communicate with key customers, suppliers, and business partners

• Develop project management capabilities and set up new project management processes

Requirements

• English communication skills at least at B2 level

• Experience and a solid overview of project execution/management

• Ability to collaborate with colleagues across different teams and countries
