Description

As the primary point of contact for ERP-related support in the Poland office, you will provide technical and functional support for the company’s ERP landscape. You will own ERP incidents and service requests end-to-end, including investigation, resolution, testing, and implementation, as well as coordination of configuration and releases. You will also support server and database environments for business applications and collaborate with international teams to ensure availability, performance, and security.

Responsibilities

  • Own ERP incidents, service requests, and improvement initiatives from initial investigation through resolution, testing, implementation, and escalation to external partners/vendors when needed
  • Maintain support documentation (tickets, configuration changes, user guides, FAQs)
  • Support ERP administration: user access management, system configuration, release coordination, implementation, testing, rollout, and continuous improvement
  • Support administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of server infrastructure and database environments for business applications (configuration, patching, upgrades, backup and recovery, performance monitoring)
  • Coordinate with infrastructure engineers, application teams, Key Users, Business Process Managers, and external technology partners to ensure business-critical system availability, performance, and security
  • Support end-user training by preparing materials, guiding users on application functionality, and facilitating knowledge transfer
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English with local and international stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrable understanding of business processes within manufacturing, supply chain, or finance
  • Basic knowledge of server infrastructure, virtualization, Windows/Linux environments, and relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across application and infrastructure domains
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Ability to identify next steps, manage assigned tasks/backlog items, follow up actions, and communicate blockers proactively with limited supervision
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a multicultural, technology-driven environment
