Description

Manage and maintain the company’s applications and ERP environment to ensure functional, secure, and optimal usage and to properly translate business processes and requirements into ERP configuration.

Design, develop/implement, test, and document IS applications within the IS/ERP architecture, including reporting and ERP user reporting, plus process analysis and improvements.

Maintain local IS procedures and documentation and ensure ERP data consistency (internally or with external consultants).

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain company applications and software platforms

• Maintain optimal operation and functionality of applications and ERP for efficient user and process execution

• Design, develop/implement, test, and document IS applications within the IS architecture (reporting, ERP user reporting)

• Analyze business processes and propose improvements

• Maintain local procedures and IS-related documentation

• Maintain ERP data consistency (with internal work or consultants)

Requirements

• Secondary or university education in IT

• 2 years of experience maintaining and administering Infor ERP LN, Infor M3, or a comparable ERP system

• Good knowledge of database systems structure, operation, and maintenance and of SQL

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office

• Experience building reports and data files using tools such as Cyber Query, Power BI, Baan SQL, etc.

• Good knowledge of data security

• Ability to communicate fluently in English in the ERP domain

• Conceptual thinking with a user focus

• Ability to plan and organize work with strong problem analysis
