Description

You will perform business analysis for banking products, with an emphasis on the savings account. The work includes eliciting and refining business requirements with stakeholders, documenting functional and non-functional needs for banking systems and mobile/transaction services, and validating solutions through functional testing and UAT. You will also support Product Managers and coordinate requirement-to-architecture dependencies across API integrations and data.

Responsibilities

• Identify, collect, and analyze business requirements via workshops, interviews, and stakeholder consultations

• Develop and document functional and non-functional requirements for banking processes, application workflows, mobile apps, and transactional services

• Analyze and clarify requirements for native mobile application solutions

• Verify alignment of designed/implemented solutions with business and technical requirements, including participation in UAT and functional testing

• Collaborate with development teams and other IT units on product initiatives

• Support Product Managers in communication with IT teams and business stakeholders

• Analyze dependencies between business requirements, system architecture, API integrations, and data

• Prepare, maintain, and update project and product documentation

• Document decisions, change context, and agreements to ensure knowledge continuity

• Work across multiple IT teams and Product Managers on parallel initiatives

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in business analysis, especially for banking product projects

• Hands-on experience with business analysis for native mobile application solutions in banking

• Very strong business analysis skills for eliciting, analyzing, and clarifying requirements

• Experience creating functional and non-functional requirement documentation

• Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, and consulting stakeholders

• Experience verifying solutions through functional testing and UAT

• Knowledge of requirements and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

• Basic technical knowledge of APIs, system architecture, and databases

• Experience collaborating with developers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders

• Ability to analyze requirement dependencies and identify ambiguities

• Independence and communication skills in complex product/project environments

• Attention to detail, documentation quality, and knowledge continuity
