Description

You will co-create and evolve the omnichannel platform and digital services for individual customers. The role involves analyzing, modeling, and optimizing processes, refining business and system requirements, and designing solutions that improve the customer experience. You will collaborate with business teams, architects, UX designers, developers, and testers to support deliveries and implementations.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop and grow the omnichannel platform for accounts and term deposits for retail customers

• Analyze, model, and optimize customer service processes in digital channels

• Identify, analyze, and clarify business and system requirements for new functionalities and services

• Design solutions supporting modern digital banking and improving customer experience

• Prepare process models, analytical documentation, and solution recommendations

• Create user stories and support building, maintaining, and prioritizing the product backlog

• Run workshops and alignments with business stakeholders; collaborate with experts across the organization

• Analyze the impact of new functionalities, process changes, and technological changes on existing banking systems

• Participate in integration design between systems supporting account and deposit handling

• Work closely with architects, UX designers, developers, and testers throughout the initiative lifecycle

• Support testing, business acceptance, and implementation processes

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Systems Analysis

• Ability to translate business and customer needs into concrete solutions and IT requirements

• Experience developing capabilities related to accounts, savings, and term deposits for digital banking

• Proficiency in modeling processes and solutions using UML and BPMN

• Proficiency working with user stories, requirements, and product backlog

• Ability to collaborate effectively with business, UX, architects, and developers

• Interest in analyzing complex systems and dependencies

• Practical knowledge of Oracle and PostgreSQL

• Practical knowledge of integrations and familiarity with SQL, REST, SOAP, and Kafka

• Comfort working in Agile and Scrum

• Ability to analyze impact of changes and propose solutions for users and the business

• Ability to independently conduct workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders

• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication

• Proactive and independent mindset, willingness to improve processes
