Description

You will work on a financial project developing reporting solutions and improving the flow of data between business and technology. Your role is to translate business needs into clear requirements and ensure solutions are sustainable, reliable, and aligned with the target picture.

Responsibilities

• Design new reporting solutions and prepare requirement specifications with the Product Owner, IT Analysts, developers, and testers

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with the target picture

• Act as a bridge between business and IT development teams

• Facilitate understanding of requirements and their impact by translating needs between business and technology

• Support development of sustainable and reliable solutions

• Gather, analyze, and structure business and technical requirements

Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT and/or business solution analysis

• Good understanding of data flow integration

• Ability to analyze and scrutinize data to understand its content and behavior

• Hands-on experience with SQL

• Strong requirements elicitation skills

• Strong analytical skills to handle complex requirements and dependencies

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Agile ways of working, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban

• Self-driven and collaborative approach to teamwork

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Trading and/or transaction reporting knowledge is an advantage

• Experience with XSLT, BDD, and Communication Layer is an advantage

• Foundational understanding of programming and ability to read code is an advantage
