Description

Join an international Agile team to design, develop, test, and continuously improve digital banking products for business clients. You will analyze and document business needs, translate them into IT requirements, and create features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You will collaborate closely with the Product Owner and support delivery across Business, IT, and Design, including manual functional testing and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business needs and convert them into IT requirements

• Create features, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Work closely with the Product Owner on product development and release planning

• Coordinate delivery with Business, IT, and Design teams

• Collaborate with external vendors and coordinate requirements

• Identify and resolve blockers and dependencies between teams

• Support manual functional testing and ongoing maintenance

• Work in an international Agile environment

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of IT/business analysis experience in the banking sector

• Practical experience collecting and documenting requirements

• Experience creating features and user stories independently

• Experience collaborating with a Product Owner

• Very good, practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Experience in Agile/Scrum

• Willingness to support manual testing

• Very good English (spoken and written)

• Ability to work hybrid (3 days/week in Warsaw or Tricity)
