Description

You’ll join agile teams delivering and improving customer-facing digital banking products across the Nordic region. The role focuses on analyzing and documenting business needs, translating them into clear IT requirements, and defining features and user stories. You’ll coordinate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and external vendors to support planning, delivery, and manual testing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business needs and translate them into IT requirements
• Define features and user stories based on business requirements
• Lead delivery in close collaboration with Business, IT, and Design stakeholders
• Cooperate with Product Owners on product and release planning
• Coordinate with external vendors to align requirements and quality
• Support manual testing of business and maintenance features based on current priorities
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers
• Manage dependencies across teams to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements

• 4+ years of IT and/or Business Analysis experience in the banking industry
• Proven experience translating business needs into IT requirements
• Hands-on experience defining features and user stories
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners on product and release planning
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across Business and IT
• Strong English communication (written and spoken)
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Ability to coordinate dependencies and proactively resolve delivery blockers
