Description

Join a project working in a core banking environment involving system integrations, APIs, data flows, and reporting solutions. You will translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, analyze banking processes and impacts across upstream/downstream systems, and support operational reporting and incident investigations using SQL.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and convert them into functional and non-functional requirements
• Analyze processes and data flows between core banking, integrations/APIs, data platforms, and reporting systems
• Run workshops with Product Owners, business stakeholders, architects, developers, and testers
• Assess change impact across upstream/downstream systems, including data lineage and reconciliation plus operational processes
• Create acceptance criteria and test scenarios for standard and exceptional transaction paths
• Analyze production incidents and data discrepancies using SQL
• Collaborate with development teams during refinement, implementation, and testing
• Support modernization of solutions for accounts and deposits

Requirements

• Experience as IT Analyst, Business Analyst, or System Analyst in banking
• Strong business requirements analysis (functional and non-functional)
• Practical SQL skills for complex data analysis
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, and end-to-end data flows
• Domain knowledge of accounts, deposits, balances, interest, fees, and accounting
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• English proficiency (min B2/C1)
