Description

You will perform system analysis for the development and ongoing evolution of products and processes, including translating user needs into user stories and maintaining project documentation. Responsibilities include designing REST API-based integrations and asynchronous communication patterns, and supporting software testing with test scenarios and cases. You will work across analysts, developers, and business stakeholders through the full solution lifecycle—from requirements analysis to deployment and product growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze user requirements; convert them into user stories

• Create and maintain project documentation aligned with quality standards

• Prepare test scenarios and test cases; support the software testing process

• Collaborate with analysts, development teams, and business stakeholders

• Conduct system analyses for building, maintaining, and evolving products and processes

• Ensure documentation and requirements quality, consistency, and change tracking

• Work in Agile delivery

• Design and analyze REST API integrations and asynchronous communication

• Use Kafka and RabbitMQ with understanding of their differences

• Apply UML and BPMN modeling and use Enterprise Architect for modeling

• Participate in the full lifecycle: requirements → implementation → deployment and product evolution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related STEM (e.g., math, physics, telecommunications)

• Senior-level experience providing system analysis services

• Practical API design skills

• Experience parametrizing system solutions

• Very good knowledge of asynchronous communication

• Practical knowledge of Kafka and RabbitMQ, including differences between them

• Knowledge of REST API

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL

• Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN

• Experience working with Enterprise Architect

• Experience delivering services in Agile methodologies

• Ability to collaborate effectively with the project team

• Independence in leading system analyses

• Curiosity and analytical problem-solving approach

• English proficiency B2/C1 for smooth communication in an international environment

• Nice to have: Experience with Camunda

• Ability to work hybrid (in-office at least once per quarter in Warsaw, Poznań, or Wrocław)
