Description

In this role you will support a banking client’s Core Banking and Data Warehouse initiatives by collecting business requirements, documenting them as features/user stories, and driving them through the delivery lifecycle. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders across a large program and ensure smooth handover to development teams. Strong CDW, data governance/mapping, and SQL experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and document them as features/user stories

• Lead requirements independently across the full path: collection → documentation → handover to developers

• Collaborate in a complex environment with many stakeholders and dependencies

• Quickly ramp up in a complex program context

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience as Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst

• Experience with Central Data Warehouse (CDW) and reporting

• Practical knowledge of data governance and data mapping

• SQL (or similar) knowledge

• Banking experience (preferably a large bank)

• Experience working in a large program (300+ people)

• Fluent English
