Description

You will gather, align, and document business and system requirements, then translate them into process models and solution specifications. The role includes analyzing API-based interfaces and integrations, supporting delivery with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dataverse, and verifying implementation against documentation. You’ll also participate in UAT by preparing test scenarios and supporting deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit, coordinate, and document business and system requirements
  • Model and optimize processes; identify automation opportunities; analyze feasibility
  • Create solution concepts and functional/technical specifications and provide business/technology recommendations
  • Analyze integration points and interfaces with internal and external banking systems via API
  • Support solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse (e.g., document and application workflows)
  • Collaborate with business, developers, architects, and testers; verify implementation compliance with documentation
  • Prepare test scenarios, participate in UAT, and support deployments
  • Support product roadmap and backlog definition
  • Apply governance and security standards for corporate environments

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a business or system analyst
  • Banking sector experience
  • Experience delivering IT projects in Agile/Scrum
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Ability to gather, analyze, structure, and document requirements
  • BPMN 2.0 process modeling and UML knowledge
  • Use-case-based business modeling and prototyping
  • Knowledge of REST API, JSON, and basic system integration
  • Ability to write analytical documentation, functional specifications, and User Stories
  • Experience running analytical workshops and aligning requirements with business and IT
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence; strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
  • Higher education in IT, math, economics, or related field
  • Communicative English (speaking and writing)
  • Independence, analytical thinking, and responsibility for scope
  • Ability to prioritize, work under time pressure, and collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups
  • Proactive attitude to problem solving and delivering business goals
