Description

Manage and maintain hardware equipment across pharmacies, including installation, configuration, and regular upkeep of PCs, servers, printers, network devices, and other peripherals. Diagnose and resolve hardware faults, replace components, and provide technical support to staff. Support new pharmacy installations and maintain hardware asset records.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain hardware equipment (installation, configuration, routine maintenance)
• Diagnose hardware issues and perform repairs or component replacements
• Provide hardware-related technical support for employees
• Train users on proper device usage
• Coordinate with IT teams (software, networking, security) on complex cases
• Support new pharmacy openings/installations
• Manage and record IT/hardware assets

Requirements

• Driver’s license category B
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, including installation and configuration
• Technical knowledge of hardware and components
• Basic knowledge of MS Office; ability to work with Office applications
• Communication skills to interact clearly with users and the team
• Independence and a responsible approach to issue resolution
• Time flexibility and strong organization skills
