Description

Manage complete administration of new hardware and software for pharmacies, including device intake/receiving, orders, and warranty/returns handling. Perform PC reinstallation and repairs, install Windows servers and workstation PCs, conduct preventive PC and hardware maintenance, and support new pharmacy installations. You will also manage IT asset inventory and disposal of obsolete hardware.

Responsibilities

• Administer new hardware and software for pharmacies: delivery/receiving, orders, returns and claims

• Reinstall and repair PCs

• Install Windows servers and PCs for workstation stations

• Perform preventive maintenance for PCs and other hardware

• Dispose of obsolete hardware

• Support new pharmacy installations

• Manage IT assets storage/inventory

Requirements

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, including installation and configuration

• Technical knowledge of hardware and its components

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (ability to work with Office applications)

• Clear and effective communication with users, the team, and vendors

• Independence and responsibility in solving problems

• Time flexibility and effective organization of work
