Description

Join as an IT Support Specialist and gradually develop into the Head of IT for the Czech Republic. You will provide end-user hardware and software support, manage onboarding/offboarding, deliver IT trainings, maintain IT asset records, and support IT projects and security standards. In the next phase, you will take ownership of the national IT agenda and strategy and manage IT projects in close collaboration with the international central IT team.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software support to employees

• Prepare, hand over, and collect IT equipment during onboarding and offboarding

• Conduct initial and ongoing IT trainings

• Maintain records of IT equipment and ensure compliance with IT rules and processes

• Collaborate on IT projects and support implementation of IT security standards and group requirements

• Manage national IT projects and coordinate closely with the international central IT team

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in an IT support / IT administrator role

• Secondary education in IT (or equivalent practical experience)

• Good knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software

• English communication level min. B1

• Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills

• Motivation to learn new things

• Desire to grow from an operational role into a leadership position
