Description

You will be responsible for planning and delivering Hybrid Infrastructure & Cloud projects end-to-end—from go-live to handover, maintenance, and formal closure. You will coordinate architects, specialists, technology partners, and subcontractors, and work closely with the client on communication, meetings, and acceptance. You will monitor schedule, budget, quality, risks, and profitability, and ensure complete documentation and smooth project closeout.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects: contribute to assumptions, create schedules, estimate effort, identify risks, and coordinate preparatory activities

• Deliver projects end-to-end: manage Hybrid Infrastructure & Cloud from launch through handover, maintenance, and closure

• Coordinate teams and partners: organize collaboration across architects, technical specialists, technology partners, and subcontractors to meet timelines

• Work with the client: lead project communications, organize project meetings and acceptances, and build partnership across the project lifecycle

• Manage project performance: track schedule, budget, quality, risks, and profitability; make decisions to support effective delivery

• Oversee project closure: ensure documentation completeness, coordinate settlements and acceptance, and formally close the project per standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager independently leading infrastructure, migration, or cloud projects

• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and project profitability

• Understanding of Hybrid Cloud environments, server/network/storage infrastructure, and security & continuity topics

• Ability to translate technical decisions into cost/security/project outcome impacts; strong collaboration with architects and technical experts

• Ability to conduct client/stakeholder conversations at a management level, including in demanding situations

• Knowledge of a project management methodology supported by certification: PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA, or Agile

• English communication at least B2 for documentation and work with technology partners

• Responsibility, autonomy, analytical mindset, and data-based decision making
