Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance-related projects across six countries and 11 suborganisations. Plan, coordinate, and manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Support implementation of security frameworks and governance processes, including NIS2.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery for infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance initiatives

• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Security, Network, Cloud, Operations)

• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee presentations

• Manage relationships with external vendors and implementation partners

• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans using KPIs

• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and executive presentations

• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and delivery methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience

• Proven delivery experience for IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects

• Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud, identity management, backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity concepts

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in complex multi-language enterprise environments

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• Strong risk management and problem-solving ability

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
