Description

You will manage and oversee IT projects, including AI-related implementations, coordinating deployments and ensuring ongoing control of budget, schedule, and project risk. The role also involves leading interdisciplinary teams and working closely with business stakeholders, while maintaining legal and ethical compliance for delivered solutions—particularly AI (GDPR, AI Act, bias, and explainability).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise IT project implementations (including AI)

• Manage budget, schedule, and risks for technology projects

• Plan and coordinate interdisciplinary teams (developers, analysts, architects)

• Report project status and collaborate with stakeholders and leadership

• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical requirements for AI solutions (GDPR, AI Act)

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT project management at the business interface

• Experience leading complex technological projects and implementing changes in business processes and IT systems in large matrix organizations

• Knowledge of cloud and AI, including legal and ethical AI aspects (GDPR, bias in data, explainability)

• Practical experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban and tools such as Jira and Confluence

• Strong management tools knowledge, especially MS Project, MS Excel, and Jira

• Ability to manage risk, budget, and cross-functional teams

• Effective communication with non-technical stakeholders

• Technical higher education (e.g., Computer Science, Automation, Mathematics, Econometrics or related)

• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or similar)
