Description

Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, from planning through implementation, deployment, and closure. You will manage initiatives such as migrations, modernizations, and rollouts of networks, servers, and backup systems, coordinating technical teams, external suppliers, and business stakeholders. Maintain schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and report project status while proactively managing risks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage IT infrastructure projects (e.g., migrations, modernizations, network/server deployments, backup system implementations)

  • Create project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

  • Coordinate technical teams and work with external vendors

  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions

  • Report project status to stakeholders and the board

  • Collaborate with IT, security, procurement, and operations teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT projects, particularly infrastructure projects

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile)

  • Experience working with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • English proficiency for an international environment

  • Ability to manage several projects at the same time

  • Experience with migrations/modernization of networks and updating large platforms
